The business is young, but it was built on years of hands on experience across commercial and residential construction, which is why the schedule covers as much ground as it does.
A White Card and formwork licensing, and $5 million public liability cover. We are not a licensed building contractor and we do not describe ourselves as one. Electrical, plumbing and gasfitting are licensed trades. We refer those out, and waterproofing too, even though waterproofing is not licensed the same way in NSW.
Our hours are 7am to 5pm. Commercial work and jobs in occupied premises are often done outside those hours by arrangement.
No. This is maintenance and repair work, plus small builds. A full bathroom, a full driveway or a whole boundary fence is worth going to a specialist for, and we will tell you that rather than take the job.
