- We say no when it is not our job. High pressure does not belong on cladding or painted render, and treating a house wash as pressure cleaning is how render gets damaged. Anything that needs a licensed trade we hand on rather than take it on.

What people ask about exterior cleaning
A house wash is mostly low pressure with the right solution and contact time. High pressure belongs on concrete, paving and hard surfaces, not on cladding or painted render.
Not with the beds wet down first and rinsed afterwards, which is standard for us. Tell us about anything unusual or precious near the walls and we will cover it or work around it.
A single storey house is usually most of a day including the paths. A two storey, or anything with heavy growth on the shaded side, can run longer, and the quote will say which we think it is.
Yes, and it is worth booking with a few days of buffer. If the weather turns, a wash gets pushed, and you do not want that landing the day before photos.
