Concrete does not stay the colour it was poured. Moss, mould and traffic film build up in a layer, and anything in shade turns slippery the first wet week of winter. A proper clean takes the surface back, and you can see the difference in a single pass.

What people ask about high pressure cleaning
Not at the right pressure with the right tip. Damage happens when someone runs a narrow jet too close on a soft or old surface, which scars it permanently. We match pressure to the surface and test an out of the way patch first if there is any doubt.
Fresh oil on a sealed surface, usually. Oil soaked into porous concrete for years, no. See the section above.
Yes, we run off site water and a standard tap. It is worth telling us if your water pressure is poor or the tap is a long way from the work, because that changes the setup.
It is worth considering on decorative concrete and pavers, because a sealed surface stays clean far longer and is easier to wash next time. It is a separate job and a separate quote, and we will only suggest it where it earns its money.
Most driveways in this area look right for two to three years between cleans. A shaded or south facing one, or anything under a tree, is closer to yearly.
