End of fitout, end of lease or an audit walk through: the premises has to read clean from the front door to the plant room, and that is the standard we hand back.

- The small jobs are the whole business. A door, a fence panel, a list of five things. That is the work we are set up for, not the leftovers between big jobs.
- You get the price before we start. Quotes are free and in writing, itemised, valid 30 days, and the quote says what is not included. Nothing is due on labour up front, and you can cancel at no cost before materials are ordered.
- We say no when it is not our job. A builders clean is a separate service with a separate scope, not an office clean done harder, because the two jobs need different gear and a different amount of time. Anything that needs a licensed trade we hand on.
- Up to 5 years on our workmanship. 5 years on what we build new, 3 years on repairs to what was already there. On top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which no warranty can take away.
What people ask about office cleaning
Yes. Most commercial work is done early or after close, and our normal working hours are 7am to 5pm with out of hours arranged as part of the scope.
Yes, $5 million public liability, and we hold a White Card. We can provide a certificate of currency for your records before we start.
We bring what we need to do the clean. Consumables such as hand towel, toilet paper and bin liners can be on the scope and re-charged, or you can supply them. It is cheaper for most sites to supply their own, and we will tell you that.
No. We would rather earn the next month than lock you into twelve. If a scope is not working, say so and we will change it.
